The current supply of seafood is not meeting the ample demand. To create an arbitrage between those two factors, Aquaculture is providing the answer.
According to National Geographic report “Aquaculture produces around half of the fish eaten worldwide, and since wild stocks are waning and global demand for fish is increasing, fish farming is destined to play a big role”.
The Group is engaged in studies for building fish farms targeting to produce thousands of tons of fish breeds that grow in the regional waters. The projects studies are completed and it is expected to start the installation late 2017.
